As the Co-Founder and CTO, you'll be more than just a technology leader.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Champion an innovative and collaborative work environment, encouraging

Lead the development of Sundial's technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with

business areas seamlessly.
Oversee the design and implementation of tech solutions, ensuring they not
only meet current needs but also inspire future innovations.
Represent Sundial’s technological agenda in leadership meetings and external

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the
technology team.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience in a CTO, Product Management, Head of Product Engineering,
or an engineering leader equivalent role, with a track record of fostering
innovative and collaborative team environments.
Strong foundation in our core technology stack (React, Node, TensorFlow,
LangChain, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Google APIs, etc.).
Experience in scaling teams and technology in a growth-oriented company.
Demonstrated ability in strategic technological visioning and execution.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, adept at nurturing team
creativity and collaboration.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field.

Background in a startup or agile work environment.
Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and its regulatory landscape.
