* 2-5 years, or equivalent demonstration, of relevant work experience in software development
* Experience in designing and developing robust, distributed systems using multiple general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
* Experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact
* Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools
* Understanding of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
