Staffing Referrals is on a mission to revolutionize the staffing industry by
helping agencies eliminate their need for job boards.

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help turn this vision into
reality. If you're excited by the challenge of creating products that

We're looking for someone who thrives on tackling big challenges, optimizing
products for peak performance, and connecting feature development to real-
world problems. If you have the grit to solve tough problems and are eager to

draw insights from books like "Influence," "Contagious," or "Hooked."

As a key team member, you'll work closely with the CEO, CTO, and other
stakeholders to build and enhance product features that deliver tangible value
to users. This hands-on engineering role offers the opportunity to shape both
product strategy and technical direction as we redefine the future of talent
acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with leadership and product teams to develop features driven by customer insights and user research.
* Bring an ownership mindset to product development, focusing on creating seamless, intuitive user experiences.
* Develop and maintain the platform's frontend and backend (Ruby) components.
* Drive product evolution based on customer feedback, ensuring the platform solves real user problems.
* Partner with UX and design teams to create a platform that's both highly functional and visually engaging.
* Manage cloud infrastructure.

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Strong experience in frontend development (we have a bias towards frontend expertise).
* Proficiency with Turbo/Hotwire/StimulusJS for optimizing application performance and user experience.
* Experience with Ruby on Rails for backend development.
* Passion for user-centered design and building solutions that address real-world challenges.
* Product-driven mindset with experience in early-stage startups and a desire to influence both technical and product direction.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
* Experience at early-stage start-up and small teams
* Experience working in a fully remote team is highly desirable.
