### About this Role
We’re seeking a **Senior Product Marketing Manager** to join our team and
drive user and revenue growth. This role _reports directly to the CEO_ and
combines strategic leadership with _hands-on execution_. You’ll own key growth
initiatives such as lifecycle marketing and partnerships while orchestrating
team efforts across paid, organic, and Web3-native channels. This is a _senior
individual contributor (IC) role_ , focused on strategy and execution rather
than direct people management.
### What You’ll Do
* **Craft Product Narratives:** Bring our product’s transformative features to life with our intended audience by deploying exciting and relevant messaging across all our growth channels.
* **Own Lifecycle Marketing:** Design and execute campaigns to drive user retention, re-engagement, and onboarding success.
* **Drive Feature Adoption:** Ensure seamless go-to-market execution for new product features, crafting compelling messaging and achieving adoption goals.
* **Orchestrate Growth Channels:** Act as the conductor of growth initiatives, by collaborating with contractors, external partners, and all stakeholders to align growth efforts. Includes paid acquisition (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook), social/organic growth, and community-driven Web3 channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram).
* **Analyze & Optimize:** Use data to measure performance across channels, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine strategies. Set quantitative targets for traffic, engagement, and revenue.
### What We’re Looking For
* At least 5+ years proven experience in product marketing, including a mix of fintech, crypto, and consumer-facing products
* Expertise in lifecycle marketing, with a track record of driving retention and re-engagement.
* Strong understanding of Web2 and Web3 growth channels, from paid ads to community-driven platforms.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience coordinating diverse teams and remote external contractors across time zones.
* Data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
* A passion for crypto and Web3, with the ability to bridge these technologies with traditional finance.
* Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving, remote team, taking ownership of initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally to drive impact as a senior individual contributor.

### Compensation
_Your final compensation will depend on experience and the value you can bring
to the team. We believe that transparency helps us find the right match, and
we are open to flexibility to meet your needs._
* **Equity:** Stock options will represent a significant part of your compensation and are designed to reward individual and company performance
* **Base Salary:** $140k — $180K USD salary paid bi-monthly in fiat or crypto
* **Flexible Benefits:** While we don’t offer a traditional 401(k) plan, we provide flexible options to add various benefits in lieu of cash in order to best suit your individual needs
