**The Role**
_You can be located anywhere in the world, although you must overlap with US
Pacific Time for at least 3 working hours between 9am and 5pm._
We’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who ships quality code
quickly, collaborates well with a team, and cares about the people around
them.
**As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:**
* Work closely with the founding team to design and build the world’s best management training solution, powered by state-of-the-art AI models.
* Produce high-quality software with minimal bugs, clean code, and lasting architecture.
* Optimize and fine-tune our LLMs to produce the best possible output
* Build data integrations and figure out the best way to use our data
* Serve as a role model as we build the best culture in the industry: a place where excellence and honesty can coexist with kindness, playfulness, and supportiveness.
**The ideal candidate will...**
* Have experience working with and optimizing LLMs, and building the supporting infrastructure needed (RAG pipelines, eval setups, etc)
* Be familiar with best practices for integrations and working with data flows
* Ship quality code quickly, and have a history of shipping projects from conception to execution.
* Have informed architectural opinions (but also be flexible when others disagree!)
* Love to work with a team and collaborate towards a shared goal
* Care about the people around you: other employees, customers, and of course all of the supportive people in your personal life.
* Be familiar enough with TypeScript or JavaScript to contribute to our primarily-TypeScript codebase from day one
* Overlap with US Pacific Time for at least 3 working hours between 9am and 5pm.
