Solvy is a new fund-raising platform in stealth mode that enables nonprofits
to tap into new sources of funds and help solve social and environmental
problems. We’re building out our team to support our public launch in
anticipation of rapid growth.
**Overview:**
* The Technical Growth lead position at Solvy is responsible for designing and implementing our technology roadmap to meet user needs and leading our small but mighty engineering team. As a key leader in the company, you will have three main responsibilities:
* Technical - Full stack developer with technical expertise that ensures our platform meets short term and long term goals.
* Business - Act as a strategic thought partner and owner of driving growth, particularly from a product innovation standpoint
* People - Attract and motivate high-performing, technical talent
**Detailed responsibilities:**
* Provide leadership as the company's top technology expert and peer partner on the management team.
* Core developer responsible for code ranging from prototypes to production at scale
* Lead our remote product and engineering teams with an extremely high bar for quality and culture to deliver growth.
* Take the initiative in strategy, innovation and creativity. Engage with customers and staff to understand requirements firsthand, and engage with external peers, advisors and others to get new ideas from emerging technology.
* Help translate operating data into metrics and dashboards to support key decisions across all functions.
* Create overall technology processes and practices to ensure standardization and quality of the product
* Advocate and communicate technology capabilities to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, the board, investors and partners.
