As the Lead Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront, leading the
development and deployment of our webapps, where thousands of independent
insurance agents interact with our system. You will work closely with the
founders as you build out new features and optimize existing software. Join

insurance. This role will be a full-time position on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the founders to deliver platform improvements and new features.
* Refine current code structure to increase agility.
* Maintain and improve our current systems to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a software engineer position.
* Proficiency in full-stack web development including front-end and back-end technologies.
* Familiarity with standard codebase practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
* Knowledge of databases, system architecture, and creating scalable solutions.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
