**Responsibilities**
· Work with program staff and business analyst to analyze data, reporting
requirements, business / workflow processes, data flows, and system
interfaces.
· Coordinate with vendors, data analysts, and contractors on gap analysis and
logical design.
· Work with business analyst and developer to perform data extraction and
transformation tasks.
· Work with technical manager to ensure the team implements the correct
software solution and the solution will meet the needs of the program.
· Compile reports and activity status as requested by the project manager. 6.
Work well in a matrixed team structure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary
teams, translating business/program subject matter information into project
artifacts.
· Prepare and execute a knowledge transfer.
· Follow department level, and division level directives, best practices,
standards, and methodologies, as appropriate or requested. "
**Skills Needed**
· 48 months experience in Designing and implementing scalable cloud-based web
applications using AWS.
· 48 months experience with analysis of complex business rules, workflow
processes, and re-engineering business processes.
· 48 months experience using Python to perform data processing, ETL and
analysis.
· 36 months experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or similar ETL
tool.
· 48 months experience with relational and NoSQL databases (like Oracle,
Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc).
· 36 months experience with technical documentation
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology
from an accredited institution.
