Are you passionate about sustainability and ready to make a difference in the
world? SOFi Products is seeking a dedicated Full Cycle Sales Rep to join our
team. Your role will be crucial in helping food service businesses, including
large chains and restaurant groups, make the switch to plastic-free solutions.

As a Full Cycle Sales Rep, you will be a key member of our organization. You
will develop leads and sales through your contacts and by actively contacting
businesses in your area. Physical visits to local businesses are a key
component of our sales process.

Responsibilities:

* Cultivate new business opportunities and sales leads by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
* Set, monitor, and exceed monthly sales quotas, driving the transition to sustainable solutions.
* Proactively suggest strategies to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities within the market.
* Maintain thorough and accurate records in our CRM (hubspot.com) and Sales Engagement (apollo.io) platforms

Requirements:

* Have at least 6 months (or more!) of outbound B2B Sales Development experience or comparable customer service/sales experience
* Have a positive attitude and an appetite for experimentation
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Are coachable, collaborative, and curious
* Can write a killer email and have a great phone presence
* Comfortable/capable of working autonomously and asynchronously in a remote work environment

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has a
great work ethic, is motivated to learn and grow, and who can deliver on
assignments. A positive attitude, creativity, and persistence is key.

Location: California, Seattle, NYC area, Vancouver
