we're creating a marketplace for tokenized real estate, effectively
democratizing access to one of the world's most lucrative markets. As we gear
up for our next phase of growth, we're seeking a visionary and experienced
Head of Operations to join us as a Co-Founder.
**Role:**
As the Co-Founder and Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in
shaping SmartBlocks' strategic direction and operational efficiency. You will
work closely with the founding team to develop and implement operational
strategies, help raise a series A, and ensure that our business model is
scalable and sustainable.
**Responsibilities:**
Drive the development and implementation of operational strategies in line
with SmartBlocks' objectives.
Oversee daily operations, making key decisions on resource allocation, process
improvement, and operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including investors,
property owners, and service providers.
Collaborate with our product and technology teams to ensure that our platform
remains user-friendly, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Lead our talent strategy, attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a
culture of excellence and innovation.
Act as co-founder and help raise the Series A round.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably within a start-up or
in the real estate or fintech sectors.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for real
estate tokenization.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive strategy and
motivate teams.
Ability to navigate regulatory landscapes and manage risk.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to
decision making.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
