We're a venture-backed, scrappy and nearly profitable small team
revolutionizing residential construction finance—we help construction lenders
monitor project progress without having to send inspectors out all the time.

We're looking for a management team candidate that can **execute** our go-to-
market plans as an individual contributor, and refine them on both selling and
marketing levels. As our GTM plans mature, this role will matriculate into
classical CRO with a team being built to support. * _This position requires at
least 40% travel across the United States to 1-3 conferences per month (most
are 2 day events) *_

**THE ROLE**

* Select and then travel to real estate finance conferences and set up our booth or table—then schmooze, sell, partner, be on panels and speak to generate awareness and new business. Our market is insular, hyper-connected and 90% relationship and word-of-mouth driven. You are someone who thrives on networking and becoming an industry leader and honeybee.
* Run your own email, ABM campaigns and handle social media. You'll also be list building, owning the company website, all collateral and anything else on the marketing side related to positioning and outbound motions. Direct 1-2 interns / fractional junior people for online marketing (already onboard).
* Partner with our CEO to close deals, strategize and drive growth on every level

**REQUIREMENTS**
1) Residential Construction Lending, Financing or Investing / Development
2) B2B software sales AND marketing.
3) Startup team building from the ground up (get the pun?)
4) Executive presence and strategic skills

We're only considering candidates with the industry experience highlighted
above and are not on any particular timeline. Real Estate has a massive
learning curve to understand how the largest asset class in the global economy
gets financed, built and then sold/rented—what we do straddles proptech,
construction tech and fintech and can be complex. **You need a burning
curiosity in real estate**. We're only considering folks who take the time to
research a little about our business and include a thoughtful preamble to
their application.
