**The Role:**
We are looking to hire a Full-Stack Engineer. This individual will be
responsible for giving input on software architecture decisions for the
products that we develop, as well as lead a significant amount of software
development. This full-time position is salaried and will include an equity
stake in the company.
For an in-person / hybrid position in San Francisco, our salary range is
$150,000 - $160,000. We are open to remote candidates and will adjust the
salary based on the local cost of living.
**The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:**
* Five years of industry experience in software engineering
* Has brought several software projects (or major features) from ideation to completion
* Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills quickly
* Experience with secure coding practices and application security
* Experience developing RESTful APIs
* Programming languages: Python/Django & JavaScript/React
* Exposure to major cloud platform providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)
* Experience with OpenAI API & RAG applications
* Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker
* Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and handling large datasets
**Additional preferred experience:**
* LangChain implementation experience
* Experience scaling and optimizing application performance
* CI/CD processes, unit testing, software documentation
* Interest in collaborating and giving input on business strategy
