**Job Overview**
We seek a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Representative to join
our rapidly growing sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of
driving growth and expanding our partnership client base within the real
estate sector. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and
nurturing relationships with potential partners, ultimately converting them
into loyal Showplace partners, driving traffic and leads to the Showplace
website.
**Key Responsibilities**
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential partnerships in
the mid-term and short-term real estate industry. Utilize various tools and
strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
_Engage and Qualify:_ Contact prospect partners via phone, email, social
media, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and pain points.
Qualify leads and set up meetings to demonstrate our robust partnership
program.
_Collaborate with Sales Team & CEO:_ Work closely with the sales team and CEO
to strategize and execute outreach plans. Provide valuable insights and
support throughout the sales process.
_Build Relationships:_ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
decision-makers in the real estate industry. Act as a trusted advisor and
resource for potential partners.
_Achieve Targets:_ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead
generation, appointment setting, client contracts driven, and revenue
contributions.
_Stay Informed:_ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, events, competitor
activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead
of the curve.
**Qualifications**
_Experience:_ 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a
related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
_Knowledge:_ Strong understanding of the real estate market, including key
players, trends, and challenges.
_Communication Skills:_ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
_Interpersonal Skills:_ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build
and maintain relationships at all levels.
_Self-motivated:_ Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proven
track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Able to build a pipeline and
work outbound cold leads.
_Tech-Savvy:_ Comfortable using CRM or similar in-house software, sales tools,
and various communication platforms.
