**Job Title:** Software Engineer (Full Stack)

**Location:** Remote (or Scottsdale AZ)

revolutionize marketing automation for auto shops. Our platform empowers auto
shop owners to streamline their marketing efforts, drive customer engagement,
and boost business growth. We are a passionate and dynamic team full of car
enthusiasts looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build with us.

**About You:**

You are a highly motivated and talented Full Stack Engineer looking for a role
where you have the ownership and autonomy to make a huge impact on a growing
business. As one of our first full stack engineering hires, you will have a
unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of our product and
contribute to its growth from the ground up. You’ll get to help shape the
culture of our team, mentor and collaborate with other engineers, and join
this company on the ground floor. This is a career defining opportunity for

**Responsibilities:**

This team is responsible for customer onboarding and experience. New users are
signing up for our platform every day, we want to build a product that they
can set up and get value from immediately.
We are building robust internal tooling to help our onboarding and customer
success teams onboard and monitor thousands of accounts at scale.

* Collaborate with our cross-functional team to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions that delight our customers in the auto repair industry.
* Work on both front-end and back-end development, doing whatever is necessary to ship new features.
* Implement best practices in coding, testing, and version control to maintain code quality and reliability. Help protect and define the quality of our product.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.
* Take ownership and pride in your work, hold yourself to a high standard, and help others do the same.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, helping our customer service team provide white glove service for our customers.
* Shape the technical direction of our product by architecting solutions, identifying and removing technical debt, and building a product that can reliably work at scale.
* Mentor and train new engineers.
* Help with hiring / interviewing.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in full stack development, with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Proficiency in php/Laravel is a required.
* Some DevOps / Infrastructure experience is a bonus.
* Experience with modern web development frameworks and libraries (like React or Vue)
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm for being part of a small but growing team.
* Experience or affinity for the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
