that is proven to motivate and retain employees while increasing profits and
customer happiness.

We believe that empowering employees and aligning incentives will be what the
best employees are looking for in an employer.

We’re based in the heart of New York City and have raised $6.5m from top-tier
software investors and brilliant product minds including Scott Belsky.

**Who You Are**
We are seeking a product designer to champion, design, and lead the product

that get noticed by the market. As a strategic partner to the CEO, you will
define, embody, and empower the company’s product culture, while we become the
leader and first category mover in profit sharing software.

You will lead an end-to-end design process: design strategy, interaction and
visual design, prototyping, testing, launch, evaluation, and iteration. Drive
research to uncover customer problems, needs, mental models, facilitate
workshops, and brainstorm sessions with teams. Create conceptual software
design solutions for strategic problems and dive into the interactions and
visual details. Make software design decisions with data and insights,
collaborate closely with engineers to deliver a polished product, contribute
to the internal design process and design system, and mentor other designers.

* Bring your solutions to market through ownership of the full product lifecycle: problem identification, solution design, spec, implementation and validation
* Create a cross-functional and collaborative development process optimized for your domain
* Continuously prioritize needs of customers and internal stakeholders, and reassess as needed

**What We’re Looking For**

* Minimum 5 years of work experience as a product designer or related field

* Strong understanding of technical concepts including systems design, data architecture and the like
* Experience evaluating build-buy-partner decisions, particularly in the Payroll/HR space
* Bonus points for depth of experience in… \- SaaS product life cycles \- Serving SMBs as part of a direct or B2B2C model
* Experience driving growth of product from launch phase to scaled adoption including
* Strong product discovery and research skills
* Ability to set a strategy and translate to a roadmap with end-to-end execution
