**Key Responsibilities:**
* Full-Stack Experience: Leverage your full-stack experience with modern applications to contribute to the development, scaling, and refinement of our EHR platform.
* Attention to Detail and Coding Standards: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all coding efforts, while adhering to established coding standards to ensure maintainability and readability of the codebase.
* Code Review and Refinement: Demonstrate a willingness for code reviews to optimize code quality, and make improvements as suggested by team members.
* Commitment to Testing: Write thoughtful and thorough automated tests to help reduce bugs and regressions.
* Customer Support: This is a limited customer-facing role, but there will be some expectations to communicate with customers while providing technical support and to do so warmly, respectfully, and patiently.

**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
* Ruby on Rails or similar backend framework.
* Ember.js or similar frontend framework.
* Understanding of the design and performance of relational databases (we use PostgreSQL).
* Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
**Salary:**
Compensation for the Software Engineer position will be commensurate with
