We’re looking for someone who would be committed to and comfortable with
leading our engineering team of 5 (and growing). The role would include but
not limited to: driving technical architecture, contributing code, reviewing
PRs, estimating and planning product implementations. At core, it’s being a
dependable technology partner to the product & business teams.
Qualities we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience working as a full-stack engineer
* 2+ years of experience working as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or software engineer on an internal or external data platform tools
* 2+ years of experience working as a tech lead or engineering manager role
* Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with Python/Django, databases, distributed systems, microservices, analytics engineering tools like: Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
* Intermediate to Advanced experience of using AWS & managing AWS infrastructure
* Self-starter with excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working rapidly and independently
* Prior early-stage startup experience is a plus
* Experience in DevOps or Security is a plus
