**Role Description**
This position will contribute directly to the company’s proprietary scoring
product. This is an opportunity to be part of the core engineering dream team.
This is a greenfield development opportunity with no red tape. Seeking a
highly motivated individual to join a dynamic and focused team.
Design, construct, test, maintain, and support custom software solutions.
Assist teammates with code reviews and design discussions.
Promote best practices by doing automated unit testing when possible and
participating in design and code reviews.
Must be willing to learn new tools and technologies.
**Qualifications (required)**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years experience with web technologies, including ReactJS and TypeScript
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Web development experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS
* Experience with a major programming language such as C#, C++, Java, Python
* Experience with Appollo Client or another front-end state management framework
* Knowledge of or desire to learn SQL Server, Database Design, and best practices.
* Knowledge of or desire to learn Azure CI/CD Pipelines, Git
* Knowledge of or desire to learn test driven development (TDD), including mocking.
* Ability and desire to learn new software frameworks and libraries.
* Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, presentation, task management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability.
* Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
* Ability to solve problems in a team-oriented environment.
* Financial experience and knowledge of sustainability/ ESG are a plus.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
#Remote position and can be based anywhere globally. Must be available to work
U.S EST hours. Must provide your own laptop and a quiet space to work with
stable internet.
