**What Does the Job Look Like?**
* Design, development, and testing of software solutions from business requirements and/or application specifications to packaged custom software
* Automation and refactoring of existing system and develop future software solutions
* Integrations between various internal and external systems including but not limited to SQL databases and financial analytics platforms such as Matlab and Bloomberg
* Create technical design and support documentation as required by software development lifecycle
* Work with quantitative analysts in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of quantitative models into the production environment within SBC’s Information Technology infrastructure
* Develop systems and tools for trading and valuation of derivatives portfolio using UI and server side programming technologies
**Who Are You?**
* An experienced Software Engineer knowledgeable in quantitative analysis, statistics and financial mathematics
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics or related concentration
* Familiarity with code design principals such as Object Orientated Programming, data structures, data bases, computer systems design and operations.
* Solid understanding or experience in Jupyter Note, GIT, SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle and experience in a scripting, objected-oriented programming languages such as C# or Python.
* Experience or good knowledge in web technologies like HTML, Asp.Net, Angular, CSS, Typescript, .Net core
