We are looking for an entrepreneurial full-stack software engineer to be our
first hire in the US. In this role, you will work closely with the co-founders
to drive the direction of the product and build innovative software for tens
of thousands of business owners.
**Who you’ll work with**
My name is Antoine and I’m the co-founder and CTO of Santé. I’m a UC Berkeley
grad with a decade of experience building products in hardware and software.
Over the last ten years I’ve been involved in 3 startups that generated $34M
in pre-sales, raised $20M, and built teams of 50+ people. We’ll work closely
together to develop a delightful product and hire other engineers.
**What you’ll work on**
You will help build a full-feature modern POS system. You will have a hand in
everything from talking to customers, prioritizing features, and hiring. As we
grow the team, you will have opportunities to explore a wide range of
technical and managerial roles.
**Requirements**
* 6+ years of production experience as a full-stack software engineer.
* Proficient in all the components of the [T3 stack.](https://create.t3.gg/)
* Strong DevOps experience with AWS and Vercel.
* Strong knowledge of software development principles, including database design, algorithms, and data structures.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, and enthusiasm to contribute at all levels of the stack as needed.

**Compensation**
Market rate salary + significant equity.
We’re based in New York and would prefer someone local, but the role can be
remote too. Our compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors
unique to you, including your skill set, years of experience, and geographic
location.

decision quickly.
