RESPONSIBILITIES
* Developing the product roadmap working directly with the CEO to translate the vision into a thoughtful, cohesive product strategy
* Partnering closely with the VP Engineering + Head of Design to make product development hum
* Ensuring engineering has fully scoped work going into each sprint, work is groomed and planned out
* Ensuring engineering is able to fully complete work that is scheduled for a given sprint, if not able to complete their work - that risk is bubbled up immediately and planned around
* As work is pushed to staging, each completed ticket is tested before it’s moved to production
* Building and running a triage process that sits between the engineering team and customer support/ops
QUALIFICATIONS
* Background and previous experience in venture-backed consumer startups as a PM
* Passion and curiosity to learn about the travel technology space
* Ability to work with the executive team to understand the high-level strategy of the business and how it informs projects
* Excellent communication skills
* Organized and data-driven

* No consumer experience (i.e. only B2B)
* No startup experience (i.e. only FAANG or similar late-stage experience)
