**Opportunity**

rtZen is looking for a early stage AE As our first sales professional, come
partner with our CEO and work hands-on to accelerate our transition beyond
founder lead selling. Bring your experience selling SaaS applications to mid-
market CFO’s, an understanding of selling in a start-up environment and your
drive to succeed.

The founders have backgrounds from financial services (fintech, banking) and
enterprise software (Google, SAP, TIBCO, Reputation.com.) rtZen is a well
funded company with top-tier VCs and angel investors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and
organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be
able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their
role.

**Account Executive Role**

You will drive new business in the mid-market segment through prospecting,
deal and pipeline management, and closing. You will be part of ar apidly
growing team that succeeds through collaboration, tenacity, and constant
improvement.

Responsibilities:

* Engage prospects at a senior executive level to pursue and close new customers.
* Conduct outbound prospecting to fill your pipeline with qualified sales opportunities as well as handling inbound opportunities.
* Consistently achieve revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques and processes to efficiently manage sales opportunities through your funnel to a successful close.
* Use your creativity and tenacity to develop and improve how we target and penetrate new market segments.
* Contribute directly to the success and growth of the company.

What you bring:

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a new business role
* Demonstrable track record of above target performance, especially in a startup environment

Salary:
$80,000-$100,000 Base + Commission (50/50 split) and Equity
