Rovertown is the largest App Platform (no code app builder) for c-stores with
70+ chains (nearly 4,000 stores) in 34 states. Rovertown is thriving and
doubling revenue each year.
We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Mobile UI/UX Designer to join and grow
with our team of remarkable people. Our convenience store customers process
billions of dollars of transactions a year and your job will be to help boost
that number via Rovertown's branded apps.
This is a fun job! Our apps have games, they activate gas pumps and car
washes, and do everything the Starbucks App can. As a bonus you get to work
with fun c-store brands like Monster Energy always pushing the limits of our
platform.
Our mobile design system is established and working great. However, we do not
have a full time team member maintaining it. You will become the sole designer
feeding designs to the mobile engineering team. This is a fast moving job as
our engineering team is amazing and our customer's have a million ideas to
revolutionize retail. You will see your designs hit production weekly, often
daily!
Our goal is to maintain, strengthen, and improve our current design system.
Our customers want to do more: new themes, styes, features, etc. We're ready

**Duties and Responsibilities**

* Lead mobile UI/UX initiatives
* Design new app elements using native and custom components in an Android and iOS environment
* Collaborate with Sales and Product to determine requirements
* Collaborate with Product to create and maintain a consistent platform experience
* Conduct user research and testing to ensure usability and consistency
* Develop wireframes and screen flows for the customer apps
* Apply a minimalistic yet intuitive aesthetic across product design

* Figma experience - ability to use existing documentation and brand standards.
* Deep familiarity with iOS and Android human interface guidelines.
* Experience with animations in a mobile app environment
* Solid portfolio of previous mobile app work
* Understanding of human-centric design principles
* Experience designing intuitive mobile app experiences
* Love of interactive development
* Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various project
* Ability to continuously meet deadlines and execute on projects
