### About Rollout

Rollout is the only integrations platform that enables companies to add
integrations to their SaaS products FAST (~5min) with drop-in UI components.
We provide both the platform and UI our customers need in order to deliver an
excellent integrations user experience while staying focused on their core
product.

With Rollout, companies save the engineering time and costs to build &
maintain integrations and improve their customer retention by offering a
better-integrated product.

The Rollout founders previously helped start companies that have gone on to go
public or raise $100M+ and most of our team previously worked at companies
like Apple, Facebook or have equally impressive accomplishments. Rollout has
raised a Seed round from top investors that previously invested in companies
like Notion, Figma & DoorDash.

### Responsibilities / What will the role involve

Account Executives (AEs) are the core of Rollout’s go to market motion. As a
full-cycle seller, you’ll be a trusted advisor to engineering & product
leaders as well as founders building out their integrations.

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new business
opportunities, running discovery calls with inbound prospects, deeply
understanding their pain, and solving that pain with Rollout platform. We’re
looking for an AE with a hunter mentality who take ownership over filling
their pipeline. Once you’ve built a prospecting playbook, you’ll hire an SDR
and grow the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious account executive who wants
to rapidly learn the skills needed to become a true sales leader. As the 2nd
seller on our team, your responsibilities will span far beyond a traditional
sales role. We want team members who will contribute actively to the existing
playbooks and can build playbooks of their own to tackle new markets.

The learning and growth opportunities in the role are immense. You’ll report
directly to our CEO and have influence over our top-level strategy. We have a

### Requirements / What are we looking for

As a rapidly scaling startup, we’re looking for team members who can hit the
ground _flying_. From day one, you’ll be meeting with product & engineering
executives and need the gravitas to command their attention.

Qualifications

* **Experience** 2-4 years of quota carrying, SaaS closing experience. Likely currently in a mid-market sales role selling $20k+ ACV contracts.
* **Hunter Mentality** You hold yourself accountable to producing your own deals and push the pace to blow past quota.
* **Builder Mindset** Beyond just selling, you’re signing up to build a company. We’re excited about candidates who have demonstrated impact on the product, sales playbook, and broader GTM motion. You’re excited about meaningful equity compensation.
* **Hustle & Grit** At an early stage startup, things are always changing. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in an unpredictable environment and can “run through walls” to tackle seemingly impossible challenges.
* **Previous startup experience** Ideally, at a seed through series B startup
* **Technical Chops** Experience selling a technical product to technical buyers (nice to have)
