entrepreneur at heart.
Robo Robin Hood's model is novel, and most spammers retain counsel after they
hear from us. You will engage with defendants on behalf of Robo Robin Hood to
substantiate the claims, argue the assignability of TCPA claims in their
locale, and negotiate settlements. When spammers refuse to settle, you will
file cases in small claims, state, or federal court to hold them accountable.
You will oversee a small team of reviewers who leverage our proprietary
tooling to triage and investigate spam reports. You will hold a high bar for
the accuracy and soundness of their research.
