**About Us**
Robo Robin Hood buys legal claims that arise from everyday spam calls, texts,
and ringless voicemails. We then pursue the spammers as the plaintiff, _not_
as legal counsel for the consumer. This structure allows us to automate nearly
the entire process from triage, to tracking down the spammers, to demanding
payment of the penalties, and - if necessary - filing a lawsuit and getting a
judgment against them. We have proven the model, and now it's time to go big.
**Position Overview**
We are looking for an attorney with consumer protection experience to handle
new filings in Florida or Washington. The ideal candidate has experience with
the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), is “business-minded”, and is
comfortable working with assigned claims.
**Responsibilities**
* Draft and file initial pleadings.
* Negotiate and settle cases expeditiously.
* Provide advice and guidance on compliance with consumer protection laws.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient business operations.
**Qualifications**
* Must be an attorney in good standing, with an active license to practice law in either Florida or Washington.
* At least 1 year of experience in consumer protection law.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
