About RNMKR Lifestyle & Globalist

Globalist, the hub of RNMKR's lifestyle platform, is a members-only lifestyle
intelligence network connecting influential individuals with the best people
to meet, places to go, and things to do. Our digital and social platform
unites a community of like-minded individuals to share information and
opportunities.

The RNMKR Lifestyle Managing Director will oversee this entire ecosystem,
scaling Globalist while identifying and executing strategic acquisitions in
the lifestyle space. Following our Hub and Spoke Private Equity Model, you'll
be instrumental in acquiring complementary companies to scale audience and
revenue.

The platform has already demonstrated significant traction:

* Raised and deployed $500,000 for platform development and successful beta test
* Backed by expert team of investors, partners, and advisors
* Beta tested with 150+ users who added 1,000+ places
* Acquired leads at 1/10 the industry average
* Built 5,000+ person waiting list

Our leadership team includes:

* Founder: Serial entrepreneur with 4 successful exits, $30 million in capital raised, and experience launching the marketing firm of LeBron James
* Founding Partners: Award-winning TV producer with 1.5 million+ social followers and a luxury travel concierge specialist
* Senior Advisors: Former CMO of Soho House and former President of Playboy Media

About The Role

* Lead capital raising initiatives and manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, influencers, celebrities, and syndicates
* Oversee M&A strategy and execution, including identification and evaluation of potential acquisitions
* Structure and manage investment vehicles and SPVs
* Develop and execute financial strategy, planning, and operations
* Partner with the founding team to drive overall business strategy and growth

About You

* Seasoned professional with significant experience in private equity, M&A, and/or investment banking
* MBA from top-tier institution and/or equivalent experience in finance
* Proven track record of successful capital raises and deal execution
* Extensive network within financial and investment communities
* Passionate about luxury lifestyle, travel, and curated experiences
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities
* Exceptional communication skills
* Experience managing investment vehicles

Comp Package

* Market-base base salary
* Market-based performance bonuses (Post fundraising)
* Meaningful equity stake with additional incentives (Post fundraising)
