ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Founding Partner & Managing Director with a strong background
in luxury real estate. This role requires expertise in deal sourcing, capital
raising, property management, and team coordination. The successful candidate
will play a critical role in expanding our portfolio, enhancing member
experiences, and driving the overall growth of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead capital raising initiatives targeting HNWIs, celebrities, influencers,
and other strategic partners.
• Spearhead business and community development efforts.
• Manage business operations encompassing finance, HR, legal, and property
logistics.
• Implement a data-driven approach to property and portfolio management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and key
stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven ability to attract and raise capital.
• Significant experience in building communities or organizations in the real
estate sector.
• At least 7 years of experience in real estate investment and a management
role.
• Strong track record of leading and coordinating diverse teams.
• Exceptional financial acumen with experience dealing with lenders and
investors.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, and business skills.
• A cultural fit who aligns with RLBLC's values and vision.
