Restake is a Swiss based Web3 infrastructure provider. We offer institutional
grade staking infrastructure, running validators for established and emerging
leading protocols. Alongside, we are developing a set of tools including an
enterprise grade staking platform, staking SDKs and APIs.
**Job Description**
* Proactively drive lead generation by initiating contact with potential clients through outbound activities.
* Conduct research to identify and define ideal customer profiles for effective prospecting.
* Arrange meetings and calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
* Be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, representing Restake in an engaging manner.
* Ensure prompt follow-up with prospects, providing necessary materials to streamline their decision-making process.
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Restake’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
* Continuously refine outbound messaging and processes for improvement.
* Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the CRM system.
**Skills & Background**
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a tech company.
* Experience in a blockchain or cryptocurrency company is a big plus
* Must have at least C1 English proficiency, other languages is a plus
* Experience in a fast-growing early-stage company is a bonus.

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Analytics and problem-solving.
* Curiosity and ability to delve into topics and follow through.
