I am founding a new venture studio focused on climate tech, see company
description for motivation.
I am looking for 2-3 co-founders to found and develop the studio alongside
myself. Jointly we will:
* Ideate and evaluate ideas
* Test selected ideas
* Develop MVPs with the support of third party contractors
* For validated ideas: Recruit founder teams and then help them raise funding and grow
* Build a structure that enables us to implement effective processes for the above tasks including learning and improvement loops
* Raise funding at the studio level
* Build a culture and grow the team
Personally my experience is in renewables and green hydrogen across roles in
engineering, contracts, business development and project managemet. I have
some startup experience and connections in the Nordic ecosystem. I am good at
analysis and expressing ideas.
I am looking for co-founders who complement myself both in terms of
personality and experience/background. It's important that you are passionate
about climate tech and startups. Beyond that, I am open to different
backgrounds and skills, but some that might be useful are:
* VC and finance background with ability to bring in LPs/GPs at the studio level and later supporting startups in raising financing
* UX/UI experts or product managers who are good at converting ideas into wireframes or product descriptions
* Sales- og business development experts who are good at creating B2B sales and partnerships
* HR experts with experience in startup recruitment and ideas on how we can build would beating HR processes both at studio and startup level
Other backgrounds may be equally valuable, so feel free to reach out if you
think you might be a good fit.
