**Reprise is looking for our next Engineering Manager**
The mission of Engineering Management is to build and maintain a high
performance engineering team. We do this through focusing on People, Process
and how engineering supports Product.
**As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:**
* Hiring additional software engineers and coops
* Coaching and mentoring software engineers
* Giving feedback, both the good and the bad, consistently to your team
* Administering performance reviews and promotion cycles
* Evaluating, developing and iterating on team process and organization
* Escalating issues and unblocking teams
* Working hand-in-hand with Product Management to ensure we can meet the needs of the business
* Facilitating architectural discussions and decisions
**What you 'll bring**

continuous deployment. We work in small scrum teams. We limit meetings, so
engineers can focus on getting things done. New developers to the team
typically deploy their first production code on their first day.
