Replicon engineering team is looking for an outstanding Senior/Software
Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers building applications
and frameworks for Replicon products. This is a high impact role that is well-
suited to highly collaborative people who are excited by the challenge of
identifying, validating, building and launching new products. Ideal candidates
will have a strong technical background with interest and passion to define
the state-of-the-art and its applications to real world business problems. If

You will be responsible for driving new features, improving quality and
performance, resource planning, and developing and mentoring your team. You
will collaborate with the Product Management team, Designers, QA Engineers,
and Marketing teams to establish requirements and project scope for the team.
The ideal candidate will be technically hands-on and will be expected to
quickly become comfortable with the code to set technical direction on
multiple projects. Excellent communication skills will be critical in this
role in order to work cross-functionally with other software engineering
teams, and to partner closely with QA, Design, and Marketing.
Key Qualifications
โ 5-10 years of experience leading and managing a team of highly skilled
engineers
โ 10-15 years of software engineering experience in enterprise products and
2-3 years in a cloud based delivery environment.
โ Experience building and delivering software in AWS or Azure or Google cloud
platform
โ Direct or demonstrable experience with full stack development using Node.js
/ Typescript, C#, Python, Docker, Apollo GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Web
Services (AWS) technologies, including, but not limited to, S3, EC2, RDS,
Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, ECS, Kinesis, CloudWatch, Hashicorp Terraform
โ Successful track record of building and managing products and projects
โ Experience in building functional specifications, mapping to product
features, managing development schedules, scope and ruthless prioritizations
to deliver on time
โ Experience in product performance analysis and optimization efforts
โ Passion and prior experience designing and implementing outstanding user
interfaces and customer experience
โ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learning new
technologies
โ Proven ability to develop and ship high quality software products
โ Deep understanding of object oriented design, memory management, and
performance optimization
โ Excels at troubleshooting and debugging difficult problems
โ Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with others and
cross-functionally
