We are a startup building an AI Coach that turns rookie Customer Experience
hires into all-stars, empowering talent around the globe. We are growing
quickly with a successful GTM launch in April, $250K+ ARR, and multiple F500
brands in our pipeline. Now, we are looking to grow our team with new members
who like moving fast and building amazing AI products.
We are 100% remote with flexible working hours, prioritizing execution over
all else. Our team of 9 includes 4 developers, and with lots of enterprise
growth projected in the future, there are unlimited opportunities to advance
and turn the role into your dream job. We're looking for someone who thrives
in fast-paced environments, loves to dive deep into technical challenges, and
can be an integral part of our next phase of growth.
The current stack is primarily built on Django/Python, so candidates with 5+
years of experience in the framework are strongly preferred. Candidates with
AI/ML backgrounds are a plus, especially if you have worked on conversational
AI with flow building logic, RAG systems, or making sense of large,
unstructured datasets.
We have found the best process to work like dating: it would be great to start
slow with interviews, and then move onto a paid trial period before hopping
into marriage for the long-run. Please expect multiple rounds of interviews
and assessments.
We have included wide ranges for both salary and equity to reflect the diverse
backgrounds that we would be interested in meeting with! While some fits may
not be right for both sides today, we expect to be making many more hires
