**Hello! We are seeking a Promotion Designer to work with Red Collar 's visual
universe and address the marketing and PR department's tasks.**
This role involves working with the ideal client — our team. We have a passion
for design, are open to experiments, and revel in visual creativity.
Red Collar has been creating aesthetic and useful digital products for
businesses for 12 years. We experiment, make bold decisions, and take
responsibility for our actions.
We have a keen sense of the dynamics of the digital market and industry. We
create projects that stand the test of time—inspiring and serving as
benchmarks even years later.
**Responsibilities:**
* Special projects: For instance, designing a landing page for a font presentation, team, or company year-end results. Projects may span various industries and even social themes. These large-scale tasks, lasting 2-3 months, are ongoing and enrich your portfolio with impressive solutions and visuals.
* Behance case studies: Represent projects to collect the platform's notable ribbons. This involves meeting with implementers to learn solution details, assembling layouts with Motion and 3D designers, setting tasks, and art directing them.
* Dribbble shots: Success is measured by likes and "Popular" page features. You will need to pay close attention to internal design reviews and continually seek out great shots for the platform.
* Presentations: Including commercial proposals and slide template standardization.
* Banners and SMM: Periodic tasks to be executed in collaboration with the entire CG team, and enhancing them with powerful, cool sound (yes, we have a sound designer on our team).
