**What You’ll Do**

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be the go-to leader for all things
infrastructure and deployment. Your responsibilities will include:

* Streamlining Development Processes: Implement GitHub workflows and Continuous Integration pipelines to enhance team efficiency.
* Automating Quality Assurance: Introduce and enforce best practices for unit testing and build validation.
* Rolling Out Continuous Delivery: Enable seamless, automated releases to deliver value to customers faster.
* Building Scalable Hosting in Azure: Architect and maintain a secure, robust SaaS hosting environment in Azure that scales effortlessly with our growing customer base.
* Driving Scalability: Design and optimize our platform to support a rapidly increasing user load.
* Mentoring and Collaboration: Share your expertise with our team of skilled developers, guiding them in the ways of DevOps and fostering a culture of growth.

**What We’re Looking For**

We need a hands-on leader with a solid foundation in software development who
has evolved into a DevOps powerhouse. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial,
driven, and collaborative, with the following qualifications:

* Development Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on Node.js.
* DevOps Expertise: At least 3 years’ experience in DevOps, including building CI/CD pipelines and managing scalable infrastructure.
* SaaS Hosting Knowledge: Proven track record of designing and implementing SaaS hosting environments in Azure.
* Team Player: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and support a team of developers.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re energized by the idea of building something from scratch and thrive in fast-paced, startup environments.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
