into complete campaigns with just a few clicks. Our innovative ARC system
combines brand, marketing and creative strategy with advanced generative AI to
ensure campaigns are closely aligned with business goals, helping brands and
agencies significantly cut production costs, complexity, and time-to-market—by
nearly 90%. **We provide an all-encompassing solution for every stage of the
campaign lifecycle, seamlessly integrating into existing marketing
workflows.**
Protaigé is designed and built by industry veterans, and will lead the way in
transforming campaign production, enabling true marketing agility with AI-
powered creative automation.
### What you will do
* Lead Technical Strategy and Architecture: As the Head of Engineering, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of technical strategies. This includes overseeing the architectural design of software systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the engineering team and other business units, including product management, marketing, and senior leadership. Communicate technical challenges and progress to ensure alignment across departments.

### What you will bring
We prioritise practical experience building projects with the latest in the
LLM stack (namely OpenAI and LangChain) rather than education, qualifications,
or deeper machine learning experience.
* **3 years of experience leading a team**
* **4-5 years of experience working with Python.**
* Exceptional proficiency in English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in writing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* _An understanding of the architecture of transformers and diffusion models is preferred, but not required._
* _Experience in a content creation or marketing environment is a plus._
