##### Job Description :
As a Junior Developer, you'll work with the Solutions Architect, Developer and
Junior Business Analyst to help end-users across the organisation. You'll
provide technical support in delivering the objectives of optimising the
configuration of our current software applications, systems and processes via
interfaces and integration. Using tools such as PHP, Microsoft SQL Server and
state of the art technologies such as Robotics Process Automation. You'll
support projects aligned to the Charity’s objectives, including helping the
charity become more efficient and digitise/automate where possible. You'll
help to carry out evaluation and verification of the system capabilities, and
analyse and redesign processes to raise operational efficiency and quality.

* Passion for software development and eagerness to learn
* Basic understanding of programming concepts and principles
* Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
* Working knowledge of standard IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoin
