Role Overview:
As the VP of Engineering, you will lead the development and execution of our
technical vision and strategy to strengthen our AI-powered Telegram bot and
create a more engaging user experience. You will build, mentor, and manage a
world-class engineering team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality,

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the overall engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with
the company's vision and business objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and
Business Development, to deliver best-in-class products and services.
Drive the development and execution of the technology roadmap, prioritizing
initiatives that support scalability, security, and customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality
assurance, and DevOps processes.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the technical architecture,
ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of
leading engineering teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of full stack development, including front-end, back-end, and
infrastructure technologies.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams,
with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and talent development.
Experience with AI, machine learning, blockchain technologies, and cloud
platforms is a plus
Familiarity with the online betting industry and related technologies is a
plus.
