### About the Role
You will be working with an experienced team of technologists and product
developers who know the market and have previously succeeded in this space.
You will use your experience and ingenuity to develop and deploy scalable
environments that support remote access to cloud-based computer labs. Your
technical expertise will be vital for problem-solving and troubleshooting
customer requests and trouble tickets.
Experience with both cloud infrastructure and system automation is required.
Ideal candidates will have some software development background.
### Responsibilities
* Design, implement, monitor, and manage eLumin's core platform infrastructure
* Design and develop automation pipelines/scripts for orchestrating cloud infrastructure, Unix systems, and Windows systems
* Actively participate in high-level team activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations
* Independence to manage day to day activities with minimal supervision and be capable to escalate and drive issues to resolution when required
* Create and support internal documentation and handoffs to other teams
* Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot simple and complex issues in order to provide outstanding support
* Perform other related responsibilities as required
### Qualifications
* 5+ years of engineering experience in building production infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles
* 5+ years of experience managing Linux and/or Windows
* Strong experience in AWS cloud workloads, especially VPC, EC2, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Lambda
* Experience with DevSecOps for designing, developing, and delivering using appropriate automation techniques/tools including Ansible, Python, Git, Puppet, and Chef and scripting languages to automate tasks including Bash, Python, and PowerShell
* Experience with Docker containers and orchestration platforms such as ECS, Kubernetes, or Swarm
* Deep understanding of Unix-based and Windows environments
* Strong planning, execution, and analytical skills

Compensation is competitive and salary/equity mix can be negotiated depending
