(Validators) evaluate candidates' skills and issue verifiable Skill
Credentials. Organizations can then shortlist candidates based on these
credentials.
**Qualifications and Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design evaluation
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
* Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles, information architecture, and interaction design
* Experience in defining skill levels and providing constructive feedback
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide critical insights
**Responsibilities** :
* Review and evaluate assignments submitted by candidates and issue relevant proof-of-skill
* Define various design skills and their respective levels
* Provide critical feedback on the protocol design to ensure it remains fair, transparent, and trusted
* Earn for all the work you put in (Estimated earnings: $1k-$2k per month for 2-3 hours a day)
