### The Role
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced ML Engineer focused on re-
shaping the current AI landscape trying to find out new model architectures
that could solve transformer's limitations. As part of our team, you will have
an opportunity to shape and drive the future of AI by fine-tuning open-source
models, and training foundational models using the latest techniques.
If you have a knack for problem-solving, possess excellent communication
skills, and share our vision of redefining AI democratization, this role is
for you!
### Key Responsibilities
* Fine-tuning LLMs
* Training Foundational Models
* Leading the current Data Science team to the next breakthrough.
### Skills needed:
* Excellent communication skills, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate within our diverse team.
* Deep understanding of Transformers architecture and underlying components.
* At least 5 years of Python development experience, showcasing your solid foundational understanding and practical skills.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with PyTorch, emphasizing your competency in this widely-used machine learning library.
* At least 2 years of FastAPI experience, reflecting your familiarity with modern, fast (high-performance), web frameworks for building APIs with Python.
* Minimum of 3 years of Docker experience, indicating your proficiency in this crucial tool for automating the deployment, scaling, and management of applications.
* Experience with git.
### Bonus Points For
* A dislike for the status quo and authority bias
* A history of impactful contributions to open-source projects.
