* Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, under the guidance of the CTO.
* Utilize cross-platform development frameworks such as Flutter or React Native to create efficient and consistent experiences across multiple devices and operating systems.
* Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to ensure seamless integration between the customer-facing app and the underlying AI engine.
* Own and drive the process to define, design, and ship new features, incorporating feedback from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Implement and maintain robust, efficient, and reusable code, following best practices and coding standards.
* Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization, actively seeking input and mentorship from senior team members.
* Stay updated on the latest mobile app development and consumer health trends, tools, and technologies, proactively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
* Lead the testing and debugging process, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and operating systems.
* Continuously optimize and enhance the user experience based on feedback and usage analytics, iterating rapidly in an agile development environment.
* Embrace growth opportunities to "wear many hats," including gathering customer feedback, distilling product insights, and providing input on strategic direction.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of consumer app development experience, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
* Familiarity with or active experimentation with AI copilots to greatly increase speed and quality of delivery.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, and JavaScript.
* Experience with mobile app development frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
* Familiarity with backend development technologies, including RESTful APIs, Node.js, and databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to make a positive impact through technology.
