**Description:**
**If you want to build the best community of marketing artists, you have to
speak their language. Metrics like CPI, CTR, and ROAS are your second
language.** The ideal candidate has a proven track record in designing
compelling video ads for gaming companies, specifically aimed at driving app
installs. You should have experience producing high-performance video ads for
a performance marketing company known for managing hundreds of video
campaigns.

* **2+ Years in Gaming Companies:** Experience in fast-paced mobile gaming companies producing video creatives is essential, with startup experience being a bonus.
* **Marketing Artist + Creative Video Production:** Expertise in crafting engaging, high-quality video ads showcasing games through storytelling, animation, motion graphics, audio editing and/or UGC videos.
* **Design and produce engaging video ads tailored for gaming apps to drive app installs** for a performance marketing company that manages hundreds of video campaigns.
* Knowledgeable about video ad specs, best practices, and trends across digital platforms.
* **Networking:** Skilled at building relationships and connecting with professionals in the mobile app marketing space.
* **Social Media Presence:** Evidence of active social media presence (LinkedIn or other) or strong interest in establishing a personal brand.
* **Podcasting Skills:** Comfortable driving interviews, bringing on guest experts, and handling podcast production (audio, video editing, writing, design).
* **Digital Marketing:** Familiarity with implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to effectively promote Creative Peoples' work.
* **Clear Communication:** Ability to explain ideas and decisions clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* **Market Leadership:** Establish and constantly reinforce the company's position as a market and category leader.

* Create and drive ongoing engagement with the talent network and user community via scalable programs, including targeted email/content, podcasts, events, and other community-building mechanisms.
* **Crisis Management** : Be prepared to manage community crises or conflicts, addressing issues promptly and effectively to maintain a positive community atmosphere.
* **Event Organization:** Plan, host, and promote engaging virtual and in-person events that bring marketing artists together
* Collaborate with the Founding Product Designer to create visually appealing promotional materials and content.
* Showcase innovative marketing art examples and their impact on user acquisition and engagement.
* Develop interactive content to engage the community and gather insights on marketing art preferences and user acquisition strategies. _(more info below)_
* **Community Expansion:** Identify, engage, and develop a holistic plan on potential communities/channels that will multiply the company's brand awareness and customer acquisition, utilizing marketing art skills to create visually appealing promotional materials.

* **Social Media Graphics:** Create engaging social media graphics, GIFs, and short videos to promote community initiatives, events, and discussions across various platforms.
* **Marketing Art Showcase:** Share and discuss innovative marketing art examples, such as app store screenshots, banners, and promo cards, highlighting their impact on user acquisition and engagement.
* **Interactive Content:** Develop interactive content pieces, such as quizzes, polls, and infographics, to engage the community and gather insights on marketing art preferences and user acquisition strategies.
* **Metrics & Reporting:** Track and report on key community metrics (membership growth, engagement, event attendance) to demonstrate value and inform future strategies.
