**Admissions Advisor Overview:** Polygence has a seasonal 7 month opportunity
on our growing inside sales team and is seeking an Admissions Advisor to hold
sales and admissions calls with prospective students as you guide them to
understand their project of choice. You will communicate the value of
Polygence, help students navigate options, and work with them over email to
sign up for and gain admission to outstanding Polygence program.
Requirements:
* Must have 5+ years of sales or admissions experience
* Must be comfortable with hitting sales quotas in a commission-based role
* Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and parents
* Experience using CRMs (HubSpot a plus)
* Be able to work from 12pm PST to 8pm PST
* Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day (you’ll have 2 consecutive days off)
Nice to Have
* 3+ years’ experience of college counseling experience for high school students, including but not limited to experience as an independent counselor, college counseling professional in a business setting, US high school college counselor, professional experience working with high school students and their parents
* 2+ years of experience as an admissions officer at a top university
* Member of IECA preferred (Independent Educational Consultants Association)
**During your 7 month contract, you will....**
* While it is a 7 month contract, we do make offers to hire for full time roles
* Become knowledgeable about about the Polygence products
* Understand and utilize the Polygence sales process and conversation flow
* Effectively manage a list of of prospective students within the CRM
* Collaborate with internal colleagues in other departments and understand their roles
* Develop an understanding of the key performance indicators of the role and meet and exceed sales targets
**Compensation**
* Base + Commission
* $75000+ OTE
* $45000 Base
**Schedule**
* Sunday - Thursday OR
* Tuesday- Saturday
