TriblockHR is the first of its kind, an HR & Payroll product built
specifically for The Bahamas that drastically reduces the time and
inefficiencies found in local businesses when it comes to running HR & Payroll
related tasks. This is our flagship SaaS product.
As a product team, we are responsible for the entire application stack,
including core infrastructure, data ingestion and processing, backend
applications, and frontend applications. This gives us a lot of freedom to
make the right decisions, and we, as a team, see our stack evolving too in the
future. At the same time, this also puts a lot of responsibility in our hands.
We do believe in releasing early and often, so there are no fixed release
cycles.

Skills you will need to be successful
* We appreciate a relevant degree or relevant work experience that provided you with the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills needed for a successful Backend Software Developer.
* You have gained experience in developing solutions in different programming languages, and you are adaptable and curious about new technologies.
* You are familiar with some of the common frameworks and tools, especially Laravel.
* You think before you jump into coding.
* You know the ins and outs of relational databases.
* Very well versed and comfortable in PHP.
* You understand how to build robust REST API's.
* You either have experience with AWS or are open to learning.
* You are keen to deploy and maintain your code in a production environment.
* Well tested code is a given for you.
* You want to write maintainable, testable, scalable, and secure applications, and are curious to be involved in all stages of the development cycle.
* Domain-driven design is a concept you are familiar with and are open to expanding your knowledge on.
