As an Account Executive at Perry, you will spearhead our efforts to expand
Perry's footprint, driving sales, and building our top-tier go-to-market
function from the ground up. By deeply understanding the challenges faced by
healthcare providers and presenting Perry's innovative solutions, you will
have a direct impact on agencies by enhancing their operational efficiency,
alleviating administrative burdens, driving revenue growth, and reducing
costs.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the charge in outbound sales efforts through cold calling, emailing, texting, and other prospecting activities to generate new business.
* Serve as a Perry product knowledge expert, guiding agencies to solutions for their challenges with insightful, consultative advice.
* Organize and diligently maintain sales notes and records, ensuring all communications and interactions are logged accurately.
* Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to devise and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding Perry's reach.
* Leverage various sales tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo.io, and G-suite to optimize your sales processes and outcomes.
* Embrace metrics and data-driven approaches to inform and refine sales tactics and strategies. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing to our team's overall success.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Account Executive, with a minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced, closing role.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record in effectively managing a high volume of outbound activities.
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
* A self-starter with a high level of motivation, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of growth and learning.
* A demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is receptive to feedback and coaching.

Additional Details

* Salary Range: This position offers a competitive salary range of $150k-$170k OTE, commensurate with experience and performance.
* Location Requirement: This is an in-office role based in our Chelsea, Manhattan office, underscoring our commitment to collaboration and team dynamics.
