We want Indians to be more inclusive in startup ecosystem, you must have an
ask in startups that you believe in. Startups are just the initial point we
want to get them involved in every big to unreachable first. Truly we are
democratizing finance in real.
Pepcorns is democratizing startup investing. Using technology, we are enabling
common people to invest in startups they believe in. We are fixing the startup
ecosystem by eliminating economic, social, and geographical barriers; Pepcorns
is powering the future of new India.
### Who we're looking for
A developer ninja who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll be part of the
founding team creating groundbreaking technology. This is an incredible
opportunity to make a significant impact in fintech world, and startup
ecosystem at large.
### Role Requirements:
* You need to be technically sound and willing to manage everything single-handedly.
* Expert in Node Js.
* Expert in JavaScript,CSS and Angular framework.
* Hands-on smart contracts(blockchain and token implementation).
* Understanding of accessibility, SEO, responsive design, and website performance.
* Building team at Pepcorns.
* Sound believer of benevolence finance like how markets can move more freely in India.
**PS** : If we were to sum up the person we are looking for in one word, it
would be "entrepreneur". We are looking for someone to work very closely with
the founder to grow and scale Pepcorns. You would wear multiple caps at once.
From designing, developing, product research, industry research, marketing,
building partnerships, hiring, to assisting with rangolis. You'd be involved
in everything that helps us hit milestones and scale quickly. Obviously, you
must find (Fin)Tech interesting.
