## **Responsibilities**
* Analyze and support current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
* Work closely with engineers to maintain hardware and software needed for projects to be completed efficiently and on time
* Collaborate with coworkers to conceptualize, develop, and release software
* Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines
* Roll out fixes and upgrades to software as needed
* Secure software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities
* Suggest alterations to workflow to improve efficiency and success
* Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve client experience
* Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
* Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
* Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
## **Qualifications**
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related disciplines
* 3+ Years of working experience as DevOps/Infra Engineer
* Implement solutions for new features and scaling existing infrastructure
* Ensure the performance and security of the application/systems
* Build automation tools for deploying & maintaining applications and infrastructure
* Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Golang, or Javascript)
* Build CI/CD pipelines and manage internal software packages
* Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
* Working knowledge of Jenkins, databases, and SQL; Ansible is a plus
* Working knowledge of provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
* Cloud experience, preferably in an AWS, Azure, or similar platforms, and experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting
* Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
* Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form
* Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees, and other team members
* Drive to learn and be resourceful, takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Embrace and promote a change-oriented and continuous process improvement culture
* Maintain up-to-date technical skills and knowledge
