will report to the Solutions Director and be responsible for identifying and
sourcing qualified opportunities and working with your colleagues at
PatientWing utilizing a solution-selling methodology to bring those to a
close. Here's the nitty gritty: Identify Target Companies & Prospects (~25%
time allocation) Develop qualified opportunities and build relationships by
opening sales conversations with prospects matching PatientWing’s ideal
customer profile. Identify opportunities for new business development through
following up on qualified leads and conducting research on target clients.
Leverage current clients and partners to secure introductions for new
opportunities. Conduct outreaches via LinkedIn, email, and phone to identify
leads and qualified opportunities. Attend industry events and conferences to
network and identify leads and qualified opportunities. Close Qualified
Opportunities (~75% time allocation) Manage the sales process to close new
business opportunities. Meet with potential clients to understand their
specific needs. Work with PatientWing team members to formulate a solution
that meets the potential client’s needs. Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained. Manage all
sales activities including meetings, communication and related activities.
Create tailored proposals, presentations and contracts as needed.
Presentations may include the solution offering, pricing and any related
condition-specific outreach and enrollment information. Develop and execute
sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Update
HubSpot and other internal systems with sales activities and information. We
provide an intensive, four-month training in industry, compliance, our
solution, and job-specific skills before you assume job responsibilities. The
responsibilities may start with sales support for candidates unfamiliar with
the industry to ensure full proficiency in our solution and processes.
Compensation Base Compensation: $75K-$100K Uncapped Commissions: Actual
commission earnings will depend on the individual's performance and success in
driving sales growth. Top performing Business Development Executives have the
potential to earn significant commission, especially year 2 and on. Who are

For Business Development Executives You have 5+ years, or equivalent,
experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Consulting, Consultative Sales,
Biotechnology, Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment or Clinical Trial
Operations. If you have < 5 years experience, please see our Associate-level
position. You thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly, and are flexible
with your schedule in order to meet the client’s needs and capitalize on
potential opportunities. You possess a balanced approach of being persistent
and aggressive in achieving objectives, while being empathetic and
understanding to foster positive, productive relationships. You are
thoughtful, analytical, pick up on the nuances, and possess excellent critical
thinking skills. You are extremely detail-oriented with an understanding of
the bigger picture. You thrive when learning about others' needs. You have the
ability to understand our clients’ specific needs and formulate and
communicate an appropriate solution. You understand that travel is an integral
part of this role and are able to travel ~25% of the year on average. You are
able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. You
are effective with your time and an expert at re-prioritization. You are an
