### Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a resourceful and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join
our dynamic, fast moving team. In this role, you will play a critical role in
designing our core infrastructure and executing on our product roadmap. We
foster an environment where you will be able to wear many hats and have a real
tangible impact on the direction of the engineering organization. As a senior
engineer, you will employ your extensive technical expertise to advance our
core infrastructure, streamline our product development, and contribute to
strategic discussions.
### Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and support new features in our core modules
* Analyze feature requirements and provide recommendations on optimal technical solutions to achieve the desired functionality
* Perform code reviews in a thorough and timely manner
* Drive improvements in software development practices and processes
* Manage 3rd party integrations
* Actively contribute to product design
* Support recruiting efforts and promote a positive working environment.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on engineering matters and deliverables
### Qualifications
* 4+ years of engineering experience at reputable companies
* You have a strong command of Typescript
* You thrive in environments that allow you to operate autonomously
* You have experience developing and scaling customer facing software products
* You leverage your written and oral communication skills to effectively discuss complex technical requirements
