**You Will **

* Build and lead a high-performance Engineering team.
* Mentor and grow each engineer on the team, helping them reach a higher level of technical expertise and achieve their career goals.
* Partner closely with the PM to jointly understand the business problem and find good technical solutions to it.
* Build a set of high-velocity development processes that let us sustainably ship high-quality, impactful solutions to achieve Path's business objectives.
* Ensure high quality of technical work done by the team and establish processes that continuously improve that.
* Help your team build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and any other stakeholders who are relevant to the team’s strategy

**You Are **

As our ideal candidate you can demonstrate experience with the following:

* 2+ years of experience managing high-velocity engineering teams.
* You have experience and passion for recruiting, retaining, and motivating the best engineers.
* You view your highest contribution as leading, inspiring, and motivating your team.
* You have strong technical taste and value elegance in architecture and code.
* You are excited by moving fast (while not breaking things) - and continually advancing the business forward.
